Installed 1/06. So far speeds are as described minus first day issues with provisioning for gold tier. Lately bursts are amazing. Speakeasy logged me 3 tests today (3/22/06) at 17.5 meg down! No caps as far as I can tell as well.
Follow Up 10/07: Well, the sandvine system is up and running at full speed. I use P2P for LEGAL reasons. I dont have time to watch a movie, let alone download one. My Bit Torrent applications are shot now. Speeds vary and since I dropped Comcast TV for DTV, they raised my price. Rep on the phone was surprisingly rude. All previous calls were fine. Then again, I WAS dropping a service.
Anyway, Comcast has only days to go until my Verizon DSL is installed. Then it's gone.
GONE as of 3/23/08. Cancel call made and modem dropped off.
