    I have been very happy with their service since I switched to them in Jan '05. Only twice was I without service, and that was only for few hours. Their speeds are close to advertised except during high peek times when they can get pretty sluggish.

    Overall, I don't see any need to switch and will stay with Comcast unless something better (faster & cheaper w/same reliability) comes this way.
