Update: 1/7/08. Upgraded to the 10/2 tier, upload is much better, down seems the same. Network went down a few days ago, was back up within 24 hours. I think it was more of a cable issue since the TV was a little fuzzy on analog until the problem was resolved, others on my street were down too.
Update: 5/8/07. No problems, still running on the regular tier 6/384. Speedboost works fine.
Got the setup kit and modem from Best Buy which end up being free, plus got a wireless router. I think the setup kit is ok since if you need a splitter, they are about 10 bucks at radio shack, plus you get some ok Coax. The install was fine. When I called to activate they didn't have my info from Best Buy but entered in my deal anyway which was 6 months at 19.99 no problem. Had to go from the internet department to sales, to internet to activation but they were all nice and got the job done. Have good speeds and no complaints.
