**10/26/09** Speeds and service still very stable. Using a lot more with my Wii lately with no problems whatsoever. D3 is coming early 2010 as the headend is being upgraded as we speak. Once I am moving at 50/5 I'll have more to report.
I have but one negative thing to report: After years of no downtime, my street finally had an outage during peak time during a storm: For about an hour and a half. It happened on my day off and I was sitting there surfing when my TV stopped working. After I saw my eMTA lights off I called in immediately from my cell. A half hour later a bucket truck was in the area and had it repaired in an hour. My uptime has gone from 100% to 99.99%. Oh noooooooo!! (lol)
**2/3/09** Pretty quiet. Still no downtime whatsoever. (That is zero-point-zero for you Howard Stern fans.) DOCSIS 2.0 was launched recently. Speedtests are better and downloads are quicker. There really isn't much else to say until 3.0 arrives, which will be soon, so until then, I really do not have anything to update. What can I say? It's rock solid. **12/9/07** Just had CDV installed. Went in without a problem, other than it took a little time for my street to become serviceable after the launch a few weeks ago. The internet side has always been solid and fast. For some reason, once the eMTA was installed I started seeing even more Powerboost. Last speedtest gave a 20M/2M result whereas I would see more like 9/1.5 with the Motorola and Arris modems. Call quality is phenominal. Definitely recommend the triple play for anyone who utilizes a landline.
**4/21/07** WOOOHOOOOOOO! It seems that upload powerboost has hit my area! So the one gripe I had is ***POOF*** gone, baby!! AWESOME-O! »www.speedtest.net/result/116324374.png

Still awesome. No downtime, consistent speeds, nice latency. Upload powerboost is coming, along with a rumored speed upgrade to 16/2. Not much else to say. Couldn't be happier.
Since I have never needed tech support, I give that a 100% by default.
**Original Review**
I was a Suscom internet customer as soon as it became available in my area in 1999. Even when it was new, I had NO downtime whatsoever. If I did, it was when I was not aware of it. Started out with a Webstar (not sure of the model#). Speeds kept increasing and service kept getting better. But I did switch to a Motorola 4200 somewhere during that period, just to have the newer modem.
Alas, I moved to an area where I had NO broadband in the styx. During those two years, I barely used the internet because I could NOT stand dial-up after being spoiled so long.
Then I finally was able to obtain my service again after moving back to the area over a year ago. I received an Arris CM450A while the speed has increased to 5/256. Comcast took over a few months ago and they upgraded the speed to 6/384. Rock solid still. NO downtime, low pings, NO trouble.
If I absolutely HAD to say something the slightest bit negative, it would be that I wish they would give the 768 upload to all of their residential customers. But as it is, I only notice the upload speed when I do a very large update to my website every once in awhile.
All in all, great service. Very happy with it.
