Good "Great customer service from Roger Fallis and Steve Cavanaugh. Comcast had plant problems that have been corrected."
Bad "Price per month.....No other ISP for competition"
Overall "Comcast has upgraded us again to the 105/10 tier. So far so good."

Internet service has been good. In January of this year (2014) we got an offer for their X1 DVR, free for one year. It's been very buggy. I had to get a replacement one and it works better. Once the offer is over we're going back to our trusty Tivo.
