    Been up for years without any major outages. Worst problem was contractor replacing the outside cable and then subcontractor went to bury the line and cut the cable and my phone line. Took five days to install new outside cable, phone company fixed the phone line next day. Then subcontractor comes back to bury line and cuts cable again! Got credit for days that it was out but it was still a pain.

    Ongoing I am happy with it. Speed as advertised. No major problems.
