    Let me begin by saying I was a happy Adelphia Customer.. Long story short everything everyone says about Comcast is true.. As a Comcast customer for the last few months I can honestly say I don't feel very Comcastic.

    When it comes to HSI I was happier with Adelphia and my 6/756 account. Thanks to Adels generous caps I consistently saw 7/880 with a ping on average under 20ms. While we recently got a bump with Comcast to the 8/756 tier thanks to their horrible caps I'm only seeing 8/710 with pings from 90-120ms on average. When I had my Adel connection seeing 7/880 the upload made all the difference.

    When it comes to billing and or Customer service Comcast doesn't have a clue. Every other month a payment goes missing.. Mind you, nothing has changed on my end I pay and HAVE paid the same way for months.. Somehow every other month Comcast misplaces a payment and I have to take time out of my day to go to the local branch and provide proof of payment.

    At this point I dream of FiOS.. They claim we'll see a 16/1 or 16/2 tier this summer but I don't think it's true. There's no competition out this way faster then Comcast at this time and they only seem to care about FiOS. Either way with as unstable as a connection and high pings I have I could care less. I just wish some ISP would do something for us down here.
