    The sound-bites tell the whole story here. I've been on this connection for 3 weeks at this point and it does really rock!

    Regarding the 1 to 5 point system part of this review, I am not able to grade the Pre Sales, Install Co-ord, Tech Support or the Services items. I was forced to move and ended up with Comcast.
