    Letting everyone know, this is a review from the stand point of an employee of comcast. I do have all of their services. So ignore the monthly cost because yours will be higher.

    I started my own comcast service back in april. Before it was through others. Originally I had the 8meg package only and it was great. No problems. Install took a bit due to a bad splitter elsewhere in the apartment. This was before I became employed.

    Later I got both CDV (which I have yet to test) and cable TV. To this date I've had no issues that wasn't related to my personal equipment.

    As of 6/25/07- both HSI and Video went down. A maintanence in the federal way area. Unfortunatly it hasn't come back yet. But this was my stupidity for I realized when your modem resets sometimes it goes into standby. The video is working in 2 bedrooms and not in mine. I will update more after issue is resolved.
