I have been a Comcast customer for over seven years. I only had a few outages. Tech support has improved. I go a real knowledgeable person not some script reader who wanted me to tun off my firewall. Best to go a web hosting company for email, domain name and web server support. Comcast offerings are very basic.
2012: Self install was a breeze. I changed to a Motorola SB6120 it took 15 minutes for comcast to find it download firmware and connect to my account.
