I have the 6000/384 connection. I am lucky that most of the houses that surround me are on DSL so that the node is not overloaded. Overall the service isn't bad. I have only had 2 or 3 instances where the latency spikes were un-bearable.

PowerBoost is nice but I wish they would loose it and just up the speeds. Then i could use QOS on my router to get rid of that annoying high latency and slow download period when the upload is maxed out.

Tech Support is horrid. Their standard fix for everything is to reboot the modem. If that doesn't work they like to blame it on my router

Comcast - upload / download speeds in Littleton, CO

Comcast download bought was 6000 / 768. The download varies all over the map (dslreports speed test) from 3Mbs to 22Mbs (probably the speedboost). The upload is consistently between 1.2Mbs to 1.5Mbs. I got this some I can use my webcam with AIM. Work well - but now I find out that my computer resources are being consumed by AIM - always a need for faster hardware I guess.
