    Good and bad points about sum it up.

    Estimated tier 6/384 (Last 2 times I asked they didn't know) 43$ with my own modem. 58$ unbundled from CATV service.

    Download speeds can top out around 10M with Speedboost. Upstream around 400kb.
    Random disconnects stemming from system upgrades and failed firmware pushes seem to occur on a monthly basis.
    Install tech was late by over 8 hours after my latest move to this location. Support offered a 20$ comp for the trouble which was mysteriously lost and not noted anywhere in my case file.
