    Got the triple play from Comcast with HD and DVR. Once I ordered they had it installed within 5 days, but the lousy tech they sent was about 3 hours late and didn't bother to run the cables under carpets or even along the base boards, he just left them laying across my floors so I had to re run them myself. Very half ass install. For the first month I was experiencing service loss 5-6 times daily. Made a call to their tech support and they had to re add my modem (or something like that) since then the service drops are few and far between. Overall I'm satisfied with the service itself, but it's not like I have any other broadband choices in my neighborhood. Can't wait until FIOS is available here!
