    I called Comcast a couple weeks ago to tell them I was going to switch to AT&T Internet. After their "automated customer service system announced there may be long delays reaching a rep....I was finally sent to the true "automated system" which allowed me to press #? to disconnect service and No Name (guy in Knoxville call center) told me I could have Comcast Internet for $19.95 a month for six months. I took his offer and asked what he thought about EPB getting into the business. No Name said not good because Bristol, VA was failing due to technological failures..
