I had problems from May until August, and then it was finally fixed. The nightmare started when the internet would crash 20+ times a day. I would call their tech people, they said it was an outage. When it kept going on for a few more weeks, I made them send out a technician. The technician did not find any problems. When he left my house, the internet crashed again. So after about 30 hours of phone calls, they finally fixed it. Found out it was something outside on a line. It seriously took them 4 months to fix the internet. I would worry about the technicians to even show up at my house since they sometimes they cancelled the appointments...
Comcast is the worst ISP I have ever used, its a complete joke. When they bought out RoadRunner in my area, the service got worse. The tech support are complete idiots, along with the technicians they send out to your house.
Bottom line is this, I wish I had Verizon FIOS. I wouldn't have to deal with this junky Comcast...
