I purchased the top tier internet due to my demand for bandwidth. I currently have VOIP and play games online. Sometimes both at the same time. I get over 20mbps down and close to 1.5mbps upload. It costs a little but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I could have went with dsl for a little less but no deal. FIOS just came to town but their cable service was more expensive than Comcast for the package I currently had - so no go with FIOS.
I have recently moved over to FIOS because of the internet upload 20/5 - HD quality is better as well!
