    Comcast never really fit the bill for me. Service was fair, support sucked. Was never able to get the full 6Mbps they advertised. They said it was my cable modem but when I was on Cox in So Cal I was able to get 8Mbps all the time. While CC never raised the HSI cost to subscribers, they more than made up for that with the TV increases. Bottom line is I just didn't see the value. I have since subscribed to FiOS from Verizon -$5 less a month for 15/2 vs the 4/256 I was getting from CC. I've also dropped to basic cable while I wait for FiOS TV to come to my neighborhood. My FiOS install has not had ANY issues at all. I receive full speeds at all hours of the day. I telecommute and am on throughout all time frames from early AM to very late night. No 'rush hour' in the evening like with Comcast.
