Service has been great for the most part--both digital cable and internet. Very few problems. The few we've had were resolved quickly.
I thought the local office was too far away when it was in Clarion, PA (1.5 hours drive--one way). Now it is way down in Punxsutawny (see Groundhog Day) 2.5 hours drive--one way.
All this while my actual cable TV service--branding, advertisements and all--apparently come from Time Warner Cable (TWC) in Olean, NY (only about 15 minutes away). Go figure?
But the great service has given me no need to visit the local office since I've been here (about 4 years)...
UPDATED 20090711: Still great service on both cable TV and internet. The very few short outages I've had have been related to power outages here or nearby (verified).
Cable TV is still out of Olean, NY and still branded as TWC , but I can live with that... Well maybe not those corny RoadRunner commercials, but I don't have Comcast commercials to compare them to  .
