The only reasons I got comcast was 1. It was offered for 19 dollars a month for 6 months. 2. Verizon, the local phone company here didn't offer DSL where I live. But I will have to say that comcast internet here in this area is very reliable. Never have disconnects nor any outages. On the TV side they could do some upgrading. Comcast here doesn't offer on demand or pay per view or a lot of the other channels that was on their digital line up from where I moved from. But like I said, they have been very reliable.
