I ordered Comcast High Speed Internet and Digital Cable service in October of 2007. The sales rep scheduled an install for the next week. Installed came on time, was professional, and very courteous.
The connection is the standard residential 6mbit/384kbit and has been stable except for one Saturday where cable service was completely out in my area. The rep I talked to took my information and called me back with an update about the service outage shortly after I called.
My only concerns are the upload speeds and the initial billing. I hope in the future Comcast will decide to deploy faster upload speeds for residential users. And when I first ordered the service I was being charged a $3 modem rental fee even though I was using my own. The mistake was corrected and credited to my account in January 2008.
