    Internet: Reliable, good speeds, no major problems in the last year. My major concern with Comcast HSD service is bandwidth caps. To their credit, they have not given me any problems yet and I exceed the rumored 200GB/month cap on a monthly basis.

    Video: Added something like half a dozen new HDs in the last year. Quality of all HDs improved greatly about 6 months ago -- previously they were compressed to the point of being unwatchable. They offer a full digital-simulcast as well so all the SD channels are good quality as well. My only compliant about Comcast video service is the horrible quality of the SA cable boxes they use. They're almost unusable. I would highly suggest going the TIVO route if you want HD/DVR.

    Service: Install was quick and trouble free. Needed one service call in the last year after a storm -- they came out the next day and got it fixed. My only bad experience with Comcast support was going into their Norwich office to pickup cable boxes -- front desk worker was very rude for no reason at all. I said Hello and she didn't say a word back. She groaned loudly when I told her I needed two DVR boxes and it took her almost 15 minutes to get the boxes and add them to my account. In the process she also subscribed me to every video service Comcast offers without my consent. Comcast reversed the charges but I suspect this was done on purpose. Make sure you check your paperwork closely before you sign it.
