    I tried dsl but it wasn't fast enough. For the speed and cost Comcast was cheaper. I went with the 6 meg down and 384 up package. So far in 31/2 years only 3 outages ! due to the dns issue 1 for a severe storm. And another for about 1/2 hr Do not know what happen.

    The installer showed up about 20 before his due time and was done in about a 1/2 hr He had to install connectors on 7 new runs of rg6.

    I had my own Motorola sb5100 modem so he called the mac address in with no problem.

    After all what read about comcast not showing up or after the appointment time I was wondering about my appointment but he showed up early. I guess it comes down to what trouble the installer run into.
