    In my town the cable company switched from Insight Communications to ComCast and let me tell you it's the worst move ever. The internet is down all the time now and hardly ever works. The line speed is advertised at 10mbps but most of the time you only get about 4mbps. Bottom line is i'm not going to keep the service if it doesn't improve. I will switch to DSL because at least it works. The customer service from comcast is way under par as well. I called them 3 times about problems I was having and got the run around every single time. Good way to keep customers huh?
