We've had good, quick speeds (download and upload), which is important since I download audio on a regular basis as part of my work. Customer service and field techs in the Charlottesville area have been everything they should be - friendly, quick, responsive, and knowledgable. My installer came and discovered that the cable wasn't grounded. He went above and beyond - explained what I needed to install and rescheduled to come back the same day.
My previous experience with Comcast in the DC area was pretty much the opposite - not very helpful customer service and terrible field tech. We had a problem with some exterior wiring, and the field tech didn't show up - twice. When one came, he actually made the problem worse. I went out and fixed it myself after figuring out what was supposed to connect to what.
Bottom line - happy to be with Comcast in our new area!
