Long story short:
Avg monthly bill ranged from $300/month to $1400/month. (All of my services was through them. Cell, home phone, DSL, Satilite.)
DSL service was horrible. Had tech out 8-10 times over a 1 month period to fix the connection. The end result was the C.O. told me, "We are not doing anything else."
This was after I explained to them that their equipment wasn't working.
As a result, I canceled ALL of my services with them. Switched to comcast and paid $125/month for everything with exception to the cell phone bill which was independent still was cheaper than $300/month for everything.
Comcast in my area was awesome to say the least. 20MB/sec down and 1.5MB/sec up.

join:2008-01-13 Coraopolis, PA | Mistake maybe? Not sure if you realize this or not but the score you left has been reflected as Comcast as your ISP and not as SBC Global/AT&T. Seems from your last sentence that Comcast has been great for you so far. | |
