Sale: Sales person was informative and took the time to explain the options to me.
Installation: Installer was friendly, clean & knowledgeable.
Conclusion: Happy with Triple play bundle.
4/28/08 Update: Came off of triple play because longer hours and moving around at work will not allow me to enjoy television, so went down to the double play promotion of 49.95/month for life. Very happy with downloads and uploads. I do not notice throttling when using uTorrent, bittorrent, Limewire, etc. Powerboost is nice, but it only lasts for about 1/4 of the total download size.
7/15/09 Update: Moved to Jenkintown, PA. Prices are much much higher in the suburbs than in the city. It never goes down. No complaints here.
