    Switched to Comcast HSI/Vonage from Embarq DSL/POTS. I got 3x faster Internet speeds, basic cable, and a phone line for ~$20 cheaper a month. Been with them for almost a year and I can't complain about anything. For my area the options are Embarq or Comcast. Comcast takes the cake.

    If you need to call customer service I would suggest 1:00am. That is the only time you will get someone without waiting 30 mins.
