I looked at getting AT&T for DSL and Dish Network separately, but the price came out the same and this just seemed easier. The service is the standard 6Mbps and it seems very fast, compared to my old AT&T 1.5Mbps. I work in the area and we have 6Mbps AT&T and Comcast just seems more reliable and faster.
Install contractor was there early and was quick to install and very nice.
The biggest flaw seems to be online ordering. The prices on the website are all different from the prices on the phone and when I went to schedule an install online I was told that the service couldn't be installed until June 10th, but over the phone it was installed May 24th. Not to mention the online assistant people are just plain rude.
After all the bad things I've heard about Comcast, it seems that if you just call to order, everything goes pretty smoothly.
Update: about 4 days after the install i noticed missing channels on my TV service. While this is not directly related to my internet connection, it is worth noting.
Update #2: Channel issue was resolved and I was credited for the time the service wasn't working properly.
Update #3: Caps. Value for the money has dropped, and probably will continue to drop.
