The internet is very fast, Tech support when they come to the house, is always good, very friendly people. Tech support on phone is kinda sucky, never really are able to fix my problems, specially if it has to do with the phone service. Phone line is kinda static-e sometimes, normally when i have a call on the other line, or a 3 way call. My modem is an Arris Touchstone Telephony modem w/ backup battery pack. The order was very slow, had to dig underground and run new cable. Install price was great, dident charge for the underground, just the reconnect.
