    I have tier 1 with powerboost. Very nice installation since I first had the service up to when I had the CDV equipment installed. It is normally very fast. Lately its been slow however. I am somewhat struck at how inadequate the technician was a t even attempting to diagnose the problem. After dealing with that, I just decided that I'll stick with my 768K speeds that I am experiencing now. I just don't have time to deal with the varying competence levels of Comcast HSI tech. support.
