    I was part of the Insight transition whereas with Insight I had 10/1 speeds. With Comcast I have around 20+ down and 1.5 up. My price stayed the same at $30/month but it will go up to $45 once my promotion is over. I can't comment on pre-sales information or install coordination because I already had it installed by Insight. My latency in games seemed to be higher with Comcast but now after about 6 months it is getting better.
