    I've been with them for a little over 3 months now. My previous hsi was cox and they were much more reliable and consistent with their service. Comcast has consistently been unreliable especially during storms and/or rain events in my area. I had the same problem with cox only not to the same degree that I'm seeing with comcast.

    Overall comcast seems to have problems maintaining service to the greater Jacksonville area. I regularly check my modem logs and I've never seen so many critical and error entries as I do now. Seems like everytime the wind blows a different direction my hsi drops out or slows down considerably.

    I really wanted verizon fios but they aren't available in my area so my only real alternative was to subscribe to comcast. I hope that they're able to work through their current problems because if another provider becomes available I'm jumping ship.

    jumping ship isn't the word. I'm launching myself off the deck. Comcast is the worst ISP I've ever had the displeasure of having.
