    Got the self-install package and was up and running within a few hours. Fast connection. Experiencing regular service outages and occasional DNS outages. Tech support cannot find problem. Service tech has been out a couple of times without fixing the problem permanently. Over priced.

    UPDATE: Tried to cancel just my cable service but retain the Internet portion. They wanted to increase the cost of my Internet service by $20 a month, AND charge $24 to come out and filter the line. I canceled everything and went with AT&T DSL which is comparable for about half the cost of this new pricing.
