Ordered before we moved into new apartment (I go to the U of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign) and scheduled installation the next day after we moved it. Everything went smoothly. We (me and a roommate) ordered their $99.99/mo bundle for basic digital cable/internet and we're satisfied. A couple days later we got a call from the installer (or dispatcher?) that was like "why didn't you guys get the bundle?! its $66/mo for the same thing." Not sure why they didn't tell us that over the 800 number that we ordered from but oh well, got it in the end.
Coming from Earthlink this is amazing, I would get about 5000/600 with their DSL/home phone bundle for about the same price. (Another $55/mo for TV), here we don't have a landline which isn't an issue.
I'm getting about 12(?)/2 speeds, with powerboost going up to 25000/4000. Can download constant from usenet at 1.15Mbps and its glorious.
