Changed from Verizon to Comcast mid-September '08.
Subscribed to TV and HSI access. Was able to add VoIP at no extra charge, and everything was installed the same day.
My only gripe is that speeds are not consistent during the evening hours, and falls off drastically.
I normally experience between 6-10 mb/s downloading (without Power Boost/Blast service), during the day and most of the time on the weekends. Evening hours see my download speed drop as low as 900 kb/s.
Over all, I am happy with the service. With the Triple Play package, I am saving approximately $30/month.
