    I have had Comcast for over 2 years. Cable is great, never have problems. The internet is also great although my area is not upgraded for higher speeds but Comcast as always is happy to try and sell me the higher speeds even though it's not available. Customer service is AWFUL! Their techs are clueless! They seem to raise their prices on a daily basis or depending on the time or day you call. It's a crap shoot. I'm waiting for uverse along with the rest of my building and area. Can't wait to kiss comcast GOODBYE!

    That you say the connection is reliable, yet rate a 20%? C'mon, man, mean what you say!

    comcast is pathetic at best, and worse at least :(

    their cap of 250gb is a lie

    what they mean is that if you use a lot more then most you will be cut off from their service but that's ok

    because if a lot of ppl use a lot and they get cut off
    who do you think will be the loser in the end?

    what sucks about comcast is that its expensive and sometime will extra charge you or bill you double the amount what is quoted

    like att they are both arrogant and doesn't care about your satisfaction. they just want your money and want you to swallow it... i know it sucks but that's business as usual

    And thats the major problem with these big telecom companies. Lack of regulation has driven prices out of control in markets such as Chicago. They are paying millions of dollars in lobbying fees to keep the federal government out of their business. And customers of these companies need to voice their opinion to the appropriate representatives in Washington.
