Built a new house in Comcast country. I was formally a Cablevision (Optimum Online) subscriber in my old place. We ordered Digital Cable service which included 2 cable cards for our TiVo Series 3. Installer came out, set everything up properly, and was super at explaining everything. Stopped off at Best Buy to pick up a modem and set up the self-install of the Comcast HSI. Came home, set everything up, and worked like a charm. I'm on a great promotion with Comcast for both Digital HD Cable, and Internet, and my picture never goes out during bad weather, like with those dish companies. Couldn't be happier!
