    Comcast needs to inform all users when normal maintenance is being scheduled and performed. Overall Im satisfied once I made the move to Business Class.

    I pay 94.00 bucks a month.. its normally 89 but I pay for a static IP

    You get a SLA with the connection, priority Customer Service and they say you get QOS but I cant confirm that. My connection is always rock solid.
