We have the triple play package, that includes digital preferred pkg. tv, high speed internet, and digital voice telephone service. Recently, we received a 'free' speed increase on the high speed internet side, I thought that was terrific. They add more channels from time to time, making the tv portion worth more. As for the digital voice, at least with our plan, I like the unlimited long distance we receive, even though we don't use it that much, it's nice to know it's there. My biggest complaint has always been when we have a storm or bad weather, and lose the incoming broadband connection, we don't have any phone service, even on a 'corded' telephone.
