Comcast business class has been rocking since I've had it. No traffic shaping, and sustained downloads of 16 Mbps and uploads of 2 Mbps.
The service is pricey, but when you call tech support you don't get a script monkey, you get someone who actually knows what's going on.
I switched from DSL to Comcast Business Class and I have no regrets. I just wish it wasn't as expensive, but since I have five static IPs, that adds $15 to the price.
