    My Other Reviews·Pacific Bell - SBC
    after having DSL the last 10 years (started with pacbell PPPoA) and recently having ATT Elite 6mb/769k service for last 4+ years, was looking to cut some cost by getting rid of my home phone line. Comparing naked dsl to comcast, decided to go with comcast Blast service (internet only) for a teaser rate of $35/month for a year. Installed in 2 days and cancelled by DSL the next day. Speeds are fast but mostly wanted more upload speed. Only stupid thing is having to rent/buy a cable modem. When I ordered various DSL incarnations, pacbell/sbc/ATT gave me a FREE modem. Got a webstar dpc2100.
