Comcast has a monopoly in my town so they're the only cable ISP available at my house. Verizon doesn't even have a record of my house in their system.
My only pet peeve is their 250GB cap. I end up getting to around 200GB by the 15th of the month, then i have to slow down the usage because i don't want to risk getting suspended for 1 year, after the warning call. Since they're the only good ISP (next best is Earthlink with 1.5mbps down), i can't afford to lose them.
Update: Speeds upgraded. Getting 16/2mbps now.
mid 2012 - Speeds upgraded. Getting 50/10mbps now
