Update 5/23/11:

I no longer have digital cable service from Comcast, just Limited Basic (local channels only) and Ultra (22/5) internet service.

It works great! Very rare to have any downtime and I consistently get my sustained 22/5 speeds and latency is low with little packet loss.

Bad service...

I just want to say is why at least two or three times a weak something goes out or off. The new system with the little black box just made it worse and forget trying to talk to some one about it because they just don't care.
