I have had Comcast for almost 10 years now and I have to say that I'm fairly overall satisfied with them. There were a few hiccups every now and then as with any ISP, and one even left me without a reliable connection for an entire month as they tracked the problem down and eventually fixed it and gave me 3 months free for the trouble, but disregarding that one mishap, 99.9% of the time it is up and it's smooth sailing. it's much better than what AT&T is offering and the price has remained nearly the same while the speed now is 8 times faster than when I originally first ordered it.
