I moved in my apt in mid December 2010. Since the beginning I have problems with the internet and they are not able to fix it.
I ordered a 20 Mbps internet with home phone. A black service guy came the next day. Was installing the modem very fast without checking the actual speed connection. He also was using my bathroom and that is what I really don't like.
After two days I noticed that I do not get the full speed. So I called the hotline. Took me hours untill they fixed it.
After a few more days I was wondering why I couldn't reach many websites, which are actuall still up and running. I did some research and found out, that I am not the only one who has problems with that. This issue do have a lot people using comcast as provider and is going on for month. I contacted them again, through chat, phone, email and even here throught their own direct service forum on dslreports. Some guy named ComcastSteve was getting in contact with me. But after a few postings he just did not respond anymore when I am asking if they are able to fix this issue.
This is by far the worst customer support and company I have ever dealed with.
EDIT: It is now the fifth day since I read from ComcastSteve.
