This is for a Business Class HSI connection. Prices are locked in per contract, so increases are limited to taxes and certain fees.
The connection is excellent if everything is configured correctly from the beginning.
The sales rep configured my billing incorrectly and it took a few calls to correct, which was not that painful.
The main issue I ran into was that the Sales rep promised that I would get D3 speeds since I was in a D3 area(I had D3 speeds previously at the same address on residential service). Phone support was useless(with one exception) and the Business Class tech was really the only one who could get things done. There was an issue with the D3 modem configs that were not configured in the billing system correctly so that no business class customer in Houston could get D3 speeds even if they had a D3 modem on an upgraded D3 segment. The business class tech was able to get a config pushed to my modem that worked for a while but in the end it was a level 2 tech in Colorado that had worked on a similar issue that fixed the config file issue and made it possible to get business class D3 speeds in Houston. After these few weeks of getting the correct speeds sorted out, my connection has been stable with no issues.
