Random disconnects makes for a very unpleasant experience. Wife and kids are not happy. We have no competition, so really nothing we can do. Phone Support is pretty much useless. Field techs do know their stuff though. My biggest complaint is Comcast calling you multiple times before your technician visits to try to get you to cancel the work order. Especially when the person on the phone NEVER reads the notes on the account or even knows what the issue is. Their only job appears to be that they need you to say that your service is working AT THAT MOMENT and that you want the work order cancelled. Sure, my service may be working at that moment, but it could also stop working immediately after the call also.
