First review on 9/14/11:

So I'm paying for the Performance tier and getting Economy speeds. The direct support forum on here is could be more helpful. There is only one Comcast tech guy working in there and he isn't there all day to help us customers. They should hire the AT&T Direct forum team because they were more helpful to me in the past.

Update on 9/15/11:

Well I finally got some help from Comcast Direct this morning and was told I was really paying for their Economy tier and not 15mbps Performance. Well if their bill would tell you exactly what internet package you have instead of just saying "High Speed Internet" then I wouldn't be going through all this. I guess that when you get one of their Triple Play bundles they will give you less detail in your bill. Well time to upgrade then because Comcast's 1500/384k Economy internet was made for the Slowskys in mind.
