I can not stress enough how bad they suck. From customer support to billing. The only person who has ever been VERY helpful has been ComcastSteve and thanks to him my ride out of this night mare has been some what pleasant. Waiting for my contract to be over.

Update: 12/20/12
Moved to Comcast Business after the residential contract ended and haven't had any issues at all. As a matter of fact the issue that I been battling for 2 1/2 years took the business class dep two days to fix. A+.
