Initially tried to get Verizon DSL with DirecTV, but my apartment faced the wrong direction. Comcast responded quickly, and for the most part, there were no initial issues. However, as I realized that I never had time to watch 500 channels, and I never used my home phone, I attempted to reduce my service to just cable and internet. I would pay MORE for cable and internet than I do for the package with home phone service. I find this annoying. At times, my internet service will go down, and there is no indication why this happens. Overall, the speeds are good, but I'd rather be able to choose my level of service without paying a huge monthly bill for doing so.
